Common Side Effects Of Taking Breast Enlargement Pills

The increasing use of natural breast enhancement supplements and products today reflects the increasing change of direction that women are taking with regard to enhancing their body through non-surgical methods.

Many women view these supplements as a safe, and less threatening method for increasing bust size, and achieving the desired look. Many enhancement supplements sold today have different claims in how effective they are in increasing breast sizes, with some guaranteeing results in a little over a month.

Although some claims could never be truly verified, there are others who have been subjected to a number of independent clinical trials, and have been studied to effectively work, and many of these use natural or herbal ingredients for enhancing breast tissue growth.

Many Work, But Some Supplements May Have Adverse Effects

Herbal Medicine experts say that most growth supplements that have natural ingredients, work well in improving breast sizes, however they counter that not all are truly safe.

According to some scientists and academics, the use of some bust-enhancing products should be reduced, or discouraged because of lack of evidence for efficacy and long-term safety concerns. If breast enlargement pills do have estrogen-like effects in the body, as shown by many, there are still some lingering safety concerns.

Estrogen, if given on its own, stimulates the growth of tissue in the uterus and is believed to promote uterine cancer, which is why birth control pills and hormone replacement therapy normally contain progesterone to counter estrogen’s effects on the uterus. Most laboratory studies have not yet fully ascertained the effects of enhancement supplements in stimulating the growth of uterine tissue.

However, there is no evidence to show that natural enlargement pills interfere with fertility, menstruation, or birth control pills. Some experts also say that many of the herbs used, such as fenugreek and fennel, have historical reputations as breast enhancers. However, there is little discussion on safety with long-term use, and analysts do not have a clear view on the safety concerns of taking large quantities of these herbs in pill form.

As natural breast enlargement supplements theoretically increase breast sizes, since most of them contain herbs that have known estrogen-like effects on the body.
